1.1 Data Collection We do not collect, store, or share any personal information (such as your name, email address, or phone number). The app functions without requiring user registration.

1.2 Third-Party Services (Ads) While we do not collect data, we use Google AdMob to display advertisements. Google AdMob may collect and use data (such as Advertising ID, device information, and location data) to show personalized ads.

1.3 Subscriptions & Payments All financial transactions are handled directly by Google Play. We do not have access to your credit card information or billing details.

2. Terms of Service & Refund Policy

By downloading or using the app, you agree to the terms below.

2.1 No Guarantee of Winnings Sportly provides sports analysis and statistics based on historical data and AI algorithms. These are predictions only. We do not guarantee any winning results. The app is for entertainment and informational purposes only.

2.2 Subscriptions

  • Payment will be charged to your Google Play Account at confirmation of purchase.

  • Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

2.3 Refund Policy Since Sportly offers digital goods and immediate access to premium analysis:

  • All sales are final. We do not offer refunds for "change of mind" or unsuccessful sports predictions.

  • Google Play Refunds: As all billing is managed by Google, any refund requests must be made directly through the Google Play Store support system, subject to Google’s refund policies. We cannot issue refunds manually.
